Short version: we set no cookies. Your browser keeps a few notes for the sell form, and this page lists each one.

No cookies, no advertising trackers
This website does not set cookies. There is no advertising pixel and no social media plugin.
To see how the site is used, we use privacy-friendly statistics without cookies. They count visits and the steps of the sell form, and that data is not linked to you. Nothing is measured on your personal offer page.
That is why you do not see a cookie banner. There is nothing to agree to.
What your browser does keep
To make the sell form work well, the site stores a few small notes in your browser's own storage. They stay on your device. Nothing in them reaches us until you send a request, and then only your answers and the note about how you found us go with it.
- sellcar-source: the page you first arrived on and the website or campaign that sent you. After 30 days it is no longer used, and a later visit replaces it.
- sellcar-source-session: a marker that this visit has already been noted, so the source is taken from the first page you open and not from every page after it. It disappears when you close the tab.
- sellcar:draft: what you have filled in on the sell form so far, including your contact details but without photos, so a reload or a step back does not lose it. It disappears when you close the tab, or once your request is sent.
- sellcar:done: the car you just sent, so the thank you page can name it. It disappears when you close the tab.
Removing it
You can clear this storage at any time through your browser's settings, usually under site data or privacy. The site keeps working without it. You may only have to fill in the sell form again.
